JDP Architects was established in 1996 by John Pearson, a chartered member of the RIBA with over 20 years in private practice.
Based in South Derbyshire JDP Architects are well situated to work throughout the East and West Midlands and further afield. We have recently completed projects in Coventry, Nottingham, Sheffield and Cheshire.
We have a wealth of experience of all types of projects, ranging from barn conversions, home extensions and renovations, office extensions as well as new build developments.
We focus on providing quality, affordable architecture and we offer professional support through all phases of your project, from initial discussions and feasibility studies through detailed design to full contract management.
JDP Architects are a RIBA Chartered Practice and meet the high standards as set by our professional Institution.
The Architects' Registration Board is the regulatory body for all architects in the UK and all architects are required to register with the Board, ensuring that we meet their standards for professional conduct and practice.
The LABC promotes the design and construction of safe, accessible, environmentally efficient buildings that comply with Building Regulations.
